  Delta people were frienly and helpfull. I attended the Tundra Seminar held in one of the Delta Conference rooms. It was very convinient to stay in the hotel avoiding going out because the weather was extremely cold.

  The Staff was so helpful, friendly and professional. They helped with directions suggestions for restaurants. The maid staff were efficient and mannerly. The rooms were so lovely and comfortable. All in all the staff the rooms and the perks were incredible and will definitely return.

  I appreciated the free parking, friendly staff, complimentary lemonaide in the entry, and quiet rooms. I reserved these rooms for my husband and I, as well as 2 other couples. Your accommodations made my day when my friends were happy! Thanks Delta Bow!

  Room service food was surprisingly good. Had really bad attack of heartburn and staff brought me baking soda and bottled water at my request. Had free upgrade to king size bed.

  Didnt like that there were no extra pillow or a blanket in room. Hard to regulate temperature, either too hot or froze. Was charged and paid for 4 local phone calls we dont remember making....except to room sevice. Also was charged more for room than what quoted on my online booking. This was not because of free upgrade either.

  Staff were friendly + helpful. We had a good rate which I thought was fair & reasonable. Location was good for the event we were attending. One evening, other guests on our floor were causing such a disturbance it woke us up. We were concerned and called the front desk. The hotel staff addressed the situation immediately and continued to check the room over a period of about an hour . However, I was surprised they chose to deal with it themselves without calling the police.

  The elevator lobby in the parkade smelt like urine. Unfortunately the pool + sauna were being renovated during our stay.

  All staff that we encountered were extremely polite and professional. We had dealings with the front desk, valet, concierge, lobby bar and house keeping staff. All were equally as pleasant. The location is also convient and easy to access. The Starbucks in the lobby is a nice touch as well.

  The rooms are a bit shabby and dated for the price of the room. The handle on our toilet was loose and came out a few time making the toilet difficult to flush.

  I've stayed at the Delta Bow Valley before and have always found it to be clean, comfortable and convenient.

  I found the cost reasonable for the first 2 nights, however the second and third nights were far too expensive. I wouldn't likely stay again at those prices. The fact that there is no hotel-airport shuttle was very inconvenient.

  Directions from Bokking.com we wrong Took over 2 hours to find the place, and cost me over 30 extra dollors to park 8 blocks away, which meant I had to walk back in morong to pick up car and drive it to Delta Bow Valley. It made a frustrating start to the stay. The DBV staff were nice enough not to charge me twice for parking

  The bed was very very comfortable. We really appreciated that the pool was open until midnight, and the water cooler! The view was nice at night, we went up to the top floor to look out. We came for the night for our "babymoon" as we are a young couple expecting a baby very soon, so we were looking for an economical get-away close to shopping and things to do. It was very nice and a good value for us.

  Didn't realize when I booked that parking was not included in the fee for the room, although is was only $11.00 thats pretty good for city parking.

  We had some time to kill before a wedding dinner and hung out at your lounge. The server was pleasant and gave prompt service.

  We did not like the fact that an additional $17 was added to our bill for parking. That should be free for guests or at least hide it in your rates so that customers think its free.

  We enjoyed the cental location and the excellent Italian buffet.

  The non-skid strips in the bottom of the bathtub were quite grubby looking and gave the whole room a past-its-prime look.
